Russia’s war against Ukraine causes many destructions and tragedies daily. Many Ukrainians have lost their homes, earnings, and their usual way of life. But the death of civilians, whose only fault was that they were Ukrainians, is an incomparable loss. They were deliberately shot, tortured, burned, raped, and starved by the russian occupiers. The names of innocent victims must forever remain in the memory of Ukrainians and the world.

The Closed Eyes project aims to collect the complete martyrology of the russian-Ukrainian war victims of the russian-Ukrainian war among the civilian population, preserve the memory of the victims, and tell the world about the tragically ended lives.

They share the pain and express their deepest condolences to all those who lost loved ones due to the crimes of the russian army. We believe that the memory of each of them should live on. They must keep it, but unfortunately, they have some information gaps.
