BRND WGN agency has developed an advertising campaign for the job search service robota.ua. The campaign aims to show how finding a job is now easier than ever.  

BRND WGN released two commercials highlighting how simple the job search process can be with the right tools and desire. The first video showcases the platform’s location-based job search feature, while the second emphasizes the ease of creating a resume with the online builder.  

All the tools offered by robota.ua respond to people’s needs and aspirations, which became the foundation for the campaign’s slogan: «Want it? Find it».  

The primary goal of BRND WGN was to shift the focus from employers to job seekers, reflecting modern labor market realities. Due to factors like workforce migration abroad, the market has changed significantly. Previously, candidates competed for top vacancies, but today, employers are actively seeking and attracting new workers. The campaign’s reach spans all regions of the country, moving beyond a focus on the capital city.  

BRND WGN developed the key idea, slogan, a series of commercials and visuals, and even created a 3D installation on Europe’s largest screen at the Gulliver Mall.
