Communications agency WARTO has transformed the global communications of the international pet food brand BRIT for the Ukrainian market.

As the first step of strategy implementation, we created the first chatbot in Ukraine for cat and dog owners based on Chat GPT-4 AI, integrated into Telegram — @BritCareFriendlyBot.

BRIT team understood: the concepts of care and well-being have changed a lot due to the russian war in Ukraine. The brand was ready to look for new ways to communicate with Ukrainian pet parents. Moreover, BRIT is open to experiments and seeks to impress its clients with innovative wow solutions. We got a smart bot that knows everything about BRIT products and use its tone-of-voice, operates with data from a real veterinarian, and acts as a friendly consultant, providing customers with the information they need in real-time as intelligent and witty answers to any questions.
To strengthen the bot’s launch, we started a large-scale PR campaign, which included publications in the mass media and Telegram channels, work with social networks, and a vivid influencer campaign.
