An animal is not a gift for any holiday

Every Christmas, many people rejoice in surprises and warm emotions. But the best holiday for people is the saddest time for animals. Every year, a puppy or kitten becomes a Christmas gift, ending up on the streets or returning to the shelter. People are often not ready for the responsibility of owning a pet. And, before Christmas, Club 4 Paws and Postmen launched the campaign An Animal is not a Gift!

The message was displayed on billboards and city lights in major cities of Ukraine. We also secured the support of celebrity pet parents who shared their experiences of raising their four-legged friends. In particular, in special media projects, they revealed in more detail the effect of puppy blues, when an animal becomes a source of anxiety for a new pet parent.

Mysterious installations were also set up in shopping malls in Kyiv and Lviv — large boxes with a tail and the Open Me inscription. Inside was a QR code leading to a landing page with information about the campaign.
