Unconditional Support
Adsapience creative agency developed the motivational program «Unconditional Support» for the PUMB Bank, which planned to remove the Russian language from its platforms but wanted to make this change smooth and entertaining for their clients and colleagues.
Considering this, the agency brought up a project that helps Ukrainians not only switch to their native language but also get acquainted with their own culture.
The elements of the «Unconditional Support» project were:
• A chatbot with a financial dictionary and a motivational program, which has gathered over 25k people. This bot on behalf of the nightingale gave useful advice, taught the rules of the language, offered tasks to test knowledge, and gave gifts to the best participants;
• YouTube podcast with famous blogger Murafa as a host, invited guests who shared their inspiring stories of switching to the Ukrainian language;
• Branded Tik-Tok with a million views;
• Integration with the «Nightingale Show».
