Heroes of the animal front

Drama Queen Kyiv’s agency together with TV lab production shot a brand film about «heroes of the animal front» for Pethouse. It is unlikely that the exploits of pet parents will ever be discussed in history classes. That’s why Pethouse told about them.

Pethouse is an online pet store that has been operating on the Ukrainian market for many years. They call their customers not owners, but parents of pets.
In the video, we see people who become «even more human» during the war. They leave the houses, but not the animals. They carry them in their arms to the sound of shots. Wrapped in sweaters, soothed in bomb shelters.

To show the story from an unusual angle, the production studio decided to use the subjective camera technique. So we see disturbing stories about incredible humanity through the eyes of domestic animals. To preserve the authenticity of the video, the animals and their real parents took part in the filming, a real family and a real volunteer paramedic, who went to the front after the filming.
