Bickerstaff.111 developed an unusual HR campaign for the Teach For Ukraine educational organization. In the new campaign, children are looking for a job as teachers, and no one knows better than the children what kind of teacher they need. The slogan of the campaign was: «Teacher is a vocation. The children called you.»

The «Teaching for Ukraine» educational organization has announced the recruitment of Program participants who are ready to try to become a dream teacher for hundreds of children, to change their lives and the future of the country.

Creative people from Bickerstaff.111 conducted a survey among pupils of partner schools and found out how they see their dream teacher. Many schoolchildren would like their teacher to be on the same page as them, play PUBG, be interesting and kind, and listen to Kuzma Scriyabin.

That is why the hr-campaign of 2023 featured the slogan: «Teacher is a vocation. Mariyka from 7-B called you». All children’s wishes were combined with what a future teacher can get, so unusual job vacancies written on behalf of children appeared on job search sites. Advertisements on behalf of Kateryna from the 9-B class, Alina from the 6-A class and other pupils flooded the largest Ukrainian employment sites and the corresponding Telegram channels.

A truly mind-blowing video clip was also created, in which a pupil, in the role of HR, shows the future workplace of Program participants – the school.
